If you don't know about it yet, www.viragowrestling.com is a website with a lot of information about various aspects of Women's Submission Style Wrestling. The site has just been updated and there are some KILLER videos available for downloading as well. Some of the videos are fem/fem and some are of mixed wrestling (F vs. M) but all are super competitive and the wrestling is EXCELLENT.
